Overview:
It is wonderful that there is so much variety to people. But when two or more cultures have to come together and work in one direction as a team, the mix of cultures - each with its own values and interpretations pulling in a different direction - can lead to misunderstandings, miscommunication, frustration, and outright conflict.
Working Across Cultures is an entertaining, highly interactive 3-hour workshop that reveals the root cause of cultural differences and interpretations. The workshop improves participants' awareness of their own and others' cultural perspectives. In doing so, it builds teamwork, sensitivity, empathy - and with it, communication and competence.
